Sun visor mirror lights.
Toyota should have fitted these in the forst place!!
Using 2 spare grey trunk lights, with the rear cut down to allow them to fit into the Aero trim at the top of the wind shield - this can also be done to hard topped cars as in my MA70. The lights glow a subtle blue with the interior illumination so you can find them at night & to match the rest of the lighting scheme.  A 6 chiped - 6 watt LED module then provides the white light when you want the mirror. THESE little monsters. They provide 10 x as much power as the bulbs, give perfect colour rendering and fit in the limited space.  Don't know why these didn't just get fitted in first place!

Possibly, don't have them on my MA70, there is one on each side of my aeros with a mirror behind it,. guess either JDM or late spec interior addition.

got the flap tihng on my jdm sun visors but i got a set uf usdm one for it with built in lights very nice(just got to wire them up).
Buti like the Mod Stu, are they wired to come on with interior lights?

No, these are separate to interior lights as usually they are hidden. They just run of the perminent light supply as usual, using LEDs the battery would take months to drain if they get left on..
The blue ambient lights come on with dash illumination. I have never seen the USDM visors, wondered where the additional light was fitted as it's marked on diagrams I have.
